I do not have any prior swimming experience will this be okay?

What if I’m NOT scared/fearful of water, but I just don’t know what to do past 5 feet depth?

Most of our students “love the water…just not over my head”. Some identify as fearful or anxious. The Foundational physical steps for learning to swim are the same for both groups of people. Both groups also need to know the mental steps because the biggest danger in the water is panic. This is why our swimmers are the safest swimmers because they learn both the physical and mental steps to successful aquatic learning.

Will I have time to relax?

Yes, each day includes built-in breaks to unwind, reflect, or explore the property, close hiking or quaint towns of White Salmon or Hood River at your own pace.

What should I bring?
