Attendance at first session is required. The first night teaches the foundational physical and mental skills that the whole rest of the course is based on (for this reason). Attendance at this session may not be missed.

Refund Policy For Adult Group Classes - Changes may be made 30 days prior to the start of class with no fee. Changes made up to 2 weeks prior to your class start date will have a $30 change fee. A 50% class fee will apply to changes made 7-14 days prior to the start of class.

No refunds or changes will be given/made for changes made within 7 days of the start of class

In cases of sudden illness or emergency cancelation less than 7 days before your class starts your name will be added to a cancelation list for future classes. You will be notified within 7 days of the start of a class if there is a cancelation opening.

Please note all refunds will be charged a 10% administrative fee.

The class is held at a private residential pool, is not ADA accessible and requires the ability to walk on uneven ground and steps.

Liability Policy: Liability Policy - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orca Swim School and its instructors against any liability resulting from injury that may occur to the participant while participating in Orca. I also agree to indemnify Orca for any damages incurred arising from any claims, demand, action or cause of action by the participant. I agree to participate in the programs of Orca Swim School I acknowledge and take responsibility for my safety. This includes but is not limited to only participating in activities that are at my skill level, I wait for an instructor when attempting an activity that I’m in any way I’m unsure I can complete, and I am fully responsible for my own actions. *
