Cori Myka has spent more than 25 years helping adults move through fear, overwhelm, self-doubt, and meaningful life transitions with more calm, confidence, and self-trust.

What began as teaching adults how to swim calmly and confidently evolved into something deeper: understanding how people create change while staying connected to themselves in the process.

Again and again, the same pattern appeared.
